Attio integration guide

Scalign turns every sales conversation into a next move tailored to each buyer, then writes it straight into Attio so your whole team acts on what actually advances the deal. This guide covers what the integration does, how to set it up, and how to manage access.

What the integration does

Account playbooks, synced to Attio: the 3 Whys for every account (why change, why now, why us), buying committee, compelling events, and next moves are synthesized from every prior conversation and pushed to the matching Attio record.

CRM updates that write themselves: stage changes, deal notes, and stakeholder mapping flow back into Attio two-way after every meeting, so records stay current without manual data entry.

ICP fit scoring on every account: Scalign scores how well each account matches your ideal customer profile and writes it to Attio, so reps can qualify and prioritize without guessing.

At-risk deals, flagged in your CRM: accounts missing the economic buyer, compelling events about to expire, or slipping ICP fit get surfaced against your Attio records before they quietly stall.

Setup

  1. In Scalign, open Settings → Integrations → Attio.
  2. Click Install. You'll be redirected to Attio to authorize the connection.
  3. Review the requested permissions and grant access. Scalign reads your meetings, call recordings, and CRM records, and gets read-write access to notes and records so it can sync stage changes and deal notes back to Attio.
  4. You're returned to Scalign with Attio connected.

Installing from the Attio App Store? The install link takes you to Scalign — log in (or create an account) and you'll land on the same integration settings page to complete the connection.

Permissions and data access

The connection is scoped to your individual Attio user. Scalign only accesses what's visible to your Attio user and never deletes records.

Disconnecting

Disconnect anytime from Settings → Integrations → Attio in Scalign. This stops access and removes cached Attio data for your user. You can also revoke access from your Attio settings.
